Our Front Desk is open from 8.00 am to midnight.
If you need to check in after 12.00 am (midnight), please contact us at least 1 hour before closing to make the arrangements.
Due to current health regulations, we will no longer serve milk.
We accept cash and credit/debit cards (Visa and MasterCard). There is a convenience fee charged each time when swiping your credit or debit card. There are several ATMs close to the hostel. We also accept American Express Travelers checks. We do not accept Euro's, PayPal or Bitcoins.
We welcome guests from outside of San Diego county. When you check-in, US residents must present a valid, government issued photo ID, (US passport, state issued ID or drivers license). International visitors must present a valid passport. Guest may need to present proof of entering San Diego and onward future travel.
We collect a $20 refundable deposit per person upon check-in (cash only).
No children under 18 allowed.
We require a credit card to make your reservation and keep it on file during your stay with us. Do not worry, you will not get charged unless we have your authorization.
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Guests have up until 4 pm two days prior to the start of their reservation to modify or cancel with no charge. Guests changing or canceling their reservation within 48 hours on the day of the start of their reservation will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay.
We do the best we can to keep all the members of your reservation in the same room and are usually able to accommodate you. However, we reserve the right to put you in separate rooms.
Guests can stay for up to two weeks. Longer stays may be available after 14 days at the manager's discretion.
